Laticrete has announced that Kirby Davis and David Meyers, both regional senior architectural specialists, have passed the Construction Specifications Institute's (CSI) exam and are now certified Construction Document Technologists (CDT).

Trendway announces the appointment of Kathryn Grace as the company's western regional sales manager. Grace will be responsible for the sales activity in the western U.S., including California, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming. Grace joined Trendway in Nov. 2001 as senior market manager for the Los Angeles area.

Cikel America, the North American subsidiary of one the world's largest vertically
integrated forest products manufacturers, announced major appointments within its stateside
upper management:
-Gerry Schappell has been appointed vice president, Cikel North America. He comes to Cikel
from Hoboken Floors, where he began as the firm's Connecticut general manager in 1987.
-The company has also named George Celtrick to the position of director of sales. Celtrick has over two decades of experience in the wood flooring industry, most recently at Austin Hardwood Flooring.
-Jason Ranney also has joined Cikel America as Operations Manager. Ranney is a former employee for the past four years at Hoboken Floors, Florida division.

Jeff Davis, president of JDavis Architects, has announced that Patricia Spinella, accounting manager, has been named an associate with the firm. Spinella has more than 12 years of industry experience, almost seven of which have been in her current position.

Alice Wainwright, RN, vice president of RTKL Associates Inc., has been named a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). She was honored in a convocation ceremony at ACHE's recent Congress of Healthcare Leadership, making her one of 7,500 healthcare executives with the FACHE credential.
