AIA New Orleans has announced the recipients of the 2010 Design Awards. Nine of 70 entrants received the honors, whose theme of "Recovery & Progress" demonstrates the chapter's goal to raise awareness of the importance of great design in rebuilding the city.

Submissions were considered in the categories of architecture, interior architecture, divine detail, and residential, projects, historic preservation/restoration/rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, and master planning/urban design. For the complete list of winners, click here.
