Sebesta Blomberg of Chicago announced the promotion of Brian Rener,
P.E. LEED AP as president, central region. Rener has over 20 years
of engineering experience in the management, design and
construction of government, industrial and advanced technology
facilities.
Chicago-based Perkins+Will announces that design principal, David
Hansen, and healthcare national market sector leader, Jean Mah,
have been elevated to Fellow of the American Institute of
Architects, a position regarded as one of the highest honors an
American architect can receive.
Scott Miller, AIA, FACHA, has joined BSA LifeStructures in
Indianapolis as a senior healthcare planner. With more than 25
years of healthcare architecture experience, including 10 years as
an architectural firm principal, Miller has been involved in the
medical planning, programming, master planning and design of a wide
variety of healthcare environments.
Diversified Project Management in Hartford, Conn., an owners'
representative firm providing programming, project management,
construction administration, furniture coordination and
move-planning services, today announced that three new members have
joined
DPM's project management team in its Hartford, Conn. office. Ivan
Johnson has joined the firm as senior project manager, Geralyn
Hoerauf as project manager and Eileen Eagle as assistant project
manager.
Q-Tran has appointed Brooks Associates as its lighting sales agency
in Ohio. Q-Tran, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of
high-quality, power supply systems and transformers for low voltage
lighting.
Charmaine DeMarco will be joining Unika Vaev as its design
director, effective April 21, 2008.
Lou Jurkowski, chief executive officer of BJAC, one of the largest
woman-owned design firms in the Southeast, has announced that
Bailey Gatens has joined the firm as an intern interior
designer. In this position, Gatens will coordinate interior
design issues within architectural projects, including the
selection and documentation of finishes, work with space planning
and floor patterns.
Inscape, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of
high-performance workplace solutions has announced the appointment
of Doug Lord and Brian Mirsky to its Board of Directors.
