Foulger-Pratt Signs Letter of Intent with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants

Foulger-Pratt Development is pleased to announce it has signed a
letter of intent with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants to open a
new boutique hotel at Park Potomac in Potomac, MD. The hotel will
break ground later this year and is scheduled for completion in
early 2011.
Park Potomac is a master planned, mixed-used development which will
include 450 luxury condominium units, 570,000 sq. ft. of Class "A"
office space, 145,000 sq. ft. of lifestyle retail, and a 156-room
Kimpton hotel with a full-service spa, two-level restaurant and bar
with indoor and outdoor seating and 6,000 sq. ft. of meeting space,
which includes a 3,000-sq.-ft. ballroom. The lifestyle retail space
will include a Harris Teeter grocery store, white tablecloth
restaurants, quick casual dining, boutique fashion shops and
convenience retail.
