Additions to the 18-hole, 72-par course (which is under construction now) will include concierge reception services, a boutique golf shop, a wine cellar dine room and locker rooms. The plan also contains three bars – a “spike bar” for golfers, a lounge bar for members and residents, and a vodka/whiskey bar – along with a restaurant and dining area overlooking the 18th hole.
"We are excited and honored to work with TrustStroyInvest, the developer of the Zavidovo Golf and Lake Resort and Braemar Golf on this landmark project," says Tom Hoch, president of Tom Hoch Design. "The fully-integrated space plan that we have created draws on all the classical elements of superior architecture to create timeless themes that will serve to underscore this incredible clubhouse as a truly striking centerpiece of the PGA National Russia."
The designs were developed at Tom Hoch Design’s 30,000 sq.-ft. headquarters in Oklahoma City. The company’s “revenue-based design” model was used, a space planning, sizing and mapping process ideal for retail-orientated places such as golf shops. This model, however, can be utilized in any space and for a wide variety of industries.
European Golf Design designed Zavidovo’s golf course, while UK-based company Braemar Golf is overseeing construction management.
