The Leonard Florence Center for Living_01 The building contains 10 residences, or households, of approximately 7,000 square feet each, configured as a multi-story apartment building, with two apartments on each of five residential floors.
The Leonard Florence Center for Living_02 Located in Chelsea, Massachusetts, this project is the country’s first multi-story application of the Green House® model, as developed by Dr. William Thomas, to be constructed within an urban setting.
The Leonard Florence Center for Living_03 On the first floor residents have access to common social areas outside of the private apartments. The kosher deli and bakery café and adjacent garden terrace offer comfortable environments for more public social interaction.
The Leonard Florence Center for Living_04 Living areas within the independently managed apartment households provide spaces for intimate social interaction with family and friends: a living room with a fireplace, a den, and a family dining room with table seating for up to 16.
The Leonard Florence Center for Living_05 On the first floor residents have access to common social areas outside of the private apartments.
