The well-lit corridors are a beacon at night, with the wall graphics and student activity visible to passersby in the campus quad. The corridors serve as a vital “Main Street” on the upper floors, connecting classrooms and specialized labs.
Interior windows allow passersby, including prospective students and their families, to view the action inside the drink mixology lab, as well as other classrooms.
The wine-tasting lab features cork flooring, which serves a dual purpose of incorporating a renewable material and alluding to cork from a wine bottle; similarly the senior dining hall is decked in wood paneling that one might expect in a fine dining restaurant and offers views directly into the senior kitchen.
