The Stride Height-Adjustable Worksurface allows users to adjust their desk surface height by simply mounting a lift onto the panel slot. The surface can be adjusted at any one-inch increment up to 14 inches from its initial height, with no use of electricity and no obtrusive features under the desk.  This leaves plenty of room for storage or foot room.  It conforms to the BIFMA GI-2002 Ergonomics Guidelines and can withstand up to 250 pounds in any fixed position, helping to improve both comfort and productivity.
