Furniture Systems: First Office: the edge

As colorful as its husband-and-wife team creators, the edge from First Office is a grouping of modular units that promote collaboration (and lounging) where relaxed work styles are prevalent. Designed by Primo Orpilla and Verda Alexander, co-principals of Studio O+A and Contract’s 2011 Designers of the Year, the line includes varied-height platform tables, storage, and chaises made from urban materials such as plywood and felt.
